About the program: Empowering young sustainability leaders

This is an opportunity for students and recent grads aged 19-30, who care about sustainability and want to make a difference in their community. Participants will deepen their sustainability understanding, enhance their confidence as leaders, and be empowered to develop meaningful sustainability projects and social enterprises or scale-up existing opportunities in the region.

The program is anchored by a series of 3-day in-person workshops taking place across Canada. Following each training, participants are empowered to develop and implement a local sustainability project or social enterprise that will help transform and better their community (or take on a leadership role to scale-up an existing opportunity). Participants receive top-notch training, project development tools, as well as mentorship and other helpful supports for 4 months following the workshop to ensure their initiatives have the highest chance of success.
